Sales Executive

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand is actively seeking a Sales Executive to join their Houston team!

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive strong results to meet and/or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, and ensure the highest level of client service is always delivered
  • Support the client experience in the salon, and work collectively to contribute to the salon’s achievement of goals
  • Develop and implement a strategy and personal business plan, including key metrics to achieve the established targets
  • Identify and cultivate new and existing clients, create opportunities for networking
  • Nurture client relationships, and discover unique opportunities to surprise and delight clients
  • Convert walk-in clients and membership introductions to new clients, creating next steps for growing the relationship
  • Represent the brand at community/philanthropic events with integrity and a sense of ownership
  • Translate time invested in the community into appointment-driven sales
  • Prepare strategies, data and tracker entry, and reporting for clients and high potential clients, within established deadlines
  • Stay current with relevant information in the worlds of luxury, jewelry, and fashion
  • Provide superior after-sale service to all clients, with exceptional communication and follow up


Qualifications:

  • Proven record of cultivating relationships and success in selling to high-net-worth individuals
  • Previous success in entrepreneurial thinking and ownership growing personal business
  • Confidence in meeting and connecting with high potential clients in a social setting
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter mentality and highly motivated
  • Knowledge, comfort and experience in domestic/international travel, arts and fine dining is a plus
  • Desire to think outside the box and contribute new ideas to exceed goals, discover new sales leads, strengthen relationships, and improve/reinforce the overall brand image
  • Flexible to retail working hours, and evenings for events as needed
