Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

5 days onsite, 8:30am - 5pm
Midtown East
Compensation: $50 - 55k base + OT + Bonus eligibility

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Utilize outlook calendar to manage visitor information within firm security system & manage conference room scheduling.
Maintain inventory and order office supplies, snacks and refreshments as needed.


Qualifications
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
