Salon Manager

A Well-Known Salon is seeking a Salon Manager to join their Midtown Miami Salon in a temp-to-perm capacity! This candidate will report directly to HR and the owner of the Salon.

Interview Process: 2 rounds
Salon Hours: 9-6pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Fully onsite

MUST be Bilingual - Spanish & English

Job Description:
-Attend and schedule client appointments in order to provide and guarantee excellent services
-This position is the first contact for customers
-Check in clients
-Call clients the day before to confirm each appointment
-Control product inventory
-Receive final prices from each hairstylist to charge the client for the services

Qualifications:
-Prefers someone who has worked in a Salon, Beauty, or fashion industry
-Software: They use Phorest for booking, not a requirement but a huge plus!
-Able to work under pressure
-Good communication
-Results driven
-Detail oriented
