Personal Assistant to Tech Founder
The Founder/CEO of an international growing tech company is hiring for an eager and hard-working Personal Assistant to join his office. The ideal candidate will have experience with PA projects like managing personal finances, tax documents, immigration/government liaison needs, along with personal scheduling, reservations, and medical/insurance bills/appointments.
This role works closely with the Founder’s EA and Chief of Staff, between the corporate office and the principal’s home.
Compensation: $70-80k + bonus, 4 weeks PTO, fully paid medical/dental/vision and 401k match
Location: around Chelsea, NYC, working between office & home (a few blocks apart)
-hybrid flexibility (3-4 days/on site) depending on the daily needs
Hours: around 9am-6pm, with flexibility
Seeking:
-1-3 years of PA experience – office experience would also be a plus
-Must have experience with managing personal finances, tax documents, immigration/government liaison needs
-Must be incredibly organized – someone who can build out spreadsheets, create systems/order, project management, etc.
-Confident, with strong follow-up/follow-through skills
-Strong EQ and strong communication skills
-Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
-Team-oriented and collaborative
-Familiar with NYC, the hot spots, restaurant scene, etc.
Responsibilities include:
-Personal travel coordination and scheduling/calendar management via GSuite
-Track family calendars, birthdays, gifting
-Manage Executive’s taxes/finances/medical bills (working with accountants)
-House management
-Reservations, appointments, etc.
-Expenses
