Design Director - Boys

Our client, a fast growing Kids Apparel Company, is looking for a Design Director - Boys to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

Develop designs based on style plans, sales needs, and emerging trends.
Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and aesthetic standards.
Conduct competitive research and create trend reports.
Lead the conceptualization of seasonal design concepts.
Oversee product development timelines.
Troubleshoot quality and technical issues.
Manage handoff processes and approve materials.
Foster a positive team dynamic and evaluate team performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in boys' sportswear design.
Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in design software and Mac platforms.
