Executive Assistant/Project Manager to CFO – Startup Pharma Company

The CFO of a startup biotech/pharma company (a portfolio company of a well-established firm) is looking for a right-hand Executive Assistant who can also act as a Project Manager to facilitate his projects, team, and workflow.

This is a hybrid role – around 1-2 days/week in the downtown NYC office

Salary commensurate with experience: $90-120k range + bonus, excellent benefits package,  20 days PTO

Hours: 9am-6pm EST

Responsibilities include:
-Handle scheduling, Outlook calendar management, really manage his day to day and help him stay on track, focused on priorities, etc.
-Join CFO in meetings, organize and manage deliverables that come out of those meetings and follow through/follow up on action items
-Act as a Project Manager and right hand for project support
-Coordinate global travel during fundraising
-Manage inbox and correspondence.
-Much more available depending on the capabilities of the candidate – he likes to grow his team

Seeking:
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and MS Teams. Project Management software a plus
-Degree required with strong academic background
-Strong attention to detail, very organized, manage shifting priorities
-Extremely dependable
-Very smart, ambitious personality
-Flexible to work in a startup
