EA to CEO - Real Estate Development Firm

CEO of International Real Estate Development Firm requires a strong right hand. He is a gentleman and a busy traveler who needs an exacting executive assistant.

This position is responsible for providing exemplary executive-level support to multiple Executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing reports/presentations and developing/implementing process improvements. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Daily responsibilities include extensive managing of Executive calendars, scheduling simple to more complex meetings, (i.e., monitoring client/prospect meeting requests, etc.) including daily reminders to executives of meetings and deadlines.
-Optimum screening of incoming phone calls or emails and routing correctly to proper executive for action, direction or follow-up.
-Comprehensive coordination of meetings and special events.
-Timely and thorough preparation and review of expense reports.
-Assist in preparing presentations, meeting documentation and other items for internal and external meetings.
-Coordination of special events, and other projects as deemed necessary.
-Ensure Executives are arriving to their meetings promptly.
-Travel plans when necessary.
-Some personal responsibilities when asked.
-Reception coverage when asked.
-Assist with Executive Committee meeting preparation or clean up.
-Assist other EA’s when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Requires high school education or equivalent.
-Requires 5+ years of experience working with C-Level Executives.
-Must be very detail oriented and highly organized.
-Experience managing multiple calendars & expenses
-Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
-Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
-Must be able to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential material.
-Requires the ability to work with VIP clients and senior management.
-Requires exceptional written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
-Requires the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
-Requires the ability to perform long-range tasks while handling short-term interruptions.
-Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and internet search engines.
-Must have a keen sense of urgency.
-Must be very computer savvy and comfortable with graphics for presentation reporting.


Compensation range: $100k-110k
