Courtney Cox began her journey with Career Group Companies as a candidate in the administrative space. After connecting with the New York team, she found her perfect fit within CGC on the Syndicatebleu team where she is now a Sourcing Specialist. She loves recruiting because she is able to meet so many unique candidates and connect them with exciting and fulfilling opportunities. Her best piece of advice for a job seeker is to be confident in their skills and background and to think ahead and plan before every interview. Before joining Syndicatebleu, Courtney worked in a variety of industries ranging from beauty to PR. Courtney holds a degree from Hofstra University and outside of work you can find her singing with her professional a capella group or practicing her skills as a makeup artist.
