Q: What’s the best advice you’ve ever received and from who?

A: The best advice I’ve ever received was from my parents, who told me to never leave a job undone.

Q: What’s the best way to tell your current team that you’re moving on to another opportunity?

A: It really depends on the situation, but you want to always take the high road, and remember that last impressions are lasting impressions. Be sure to give your team plenty of notice, and again, make sure that you leave in a positive and courteous way.

Q: What’s your favorite vice or secret indulgence?

A: I love watching The Real Housewives, and reality TV in general.

Q: Best place for a last-minute interview outfit?

A: It depends on where you’re interviewing, because each company has a different look, so be sure to do your research ahead of time. Your outfit should capture the essence of the company, but also reflect your personal style. The most important part of choosing your outfit, though, is choosing pieces that make you look professional. Your clothes should be ironed, clean, and void of distractions. While creativity is important, coming off as a clean-cut professional will increase your chances of getting the job.

Q: What keeps you motivated?

A: The satisfaction of a job well done. The best feeling in the world is when a client is thrilled to have the right candidate join their business, and when that candidate contributes positively to their company culture.
