Wellness Coordinator - Leading Consumer Goods Distributor 

Our client, a Leading Consumer Goods Distributor, is seeking a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator to assist with their Return to Work pilot program. In this role, you will assist with screening entrants for temperature and biometrics before entering the building, and recording the results in the client’s database. Personal protective equipment will be provided and will adhere to official guidelines.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 10am 

Duration: 1 month assignment starting in December with potential to extend. 

Locations: Midtown, Manhattan

 

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up employee profiles in platform
• Asking employees and visitors a series of questions and recording the answers in the system
• Screening employees and visitors for biometrics such as coughing and difficulty breathing
• Checking temperatures (no touch) upon arrival and recording results in database
• Documenting notes and managing communication
• Other administrative duties

 

Qualifications:

• At least one year of relevant experience, such as front desk/reception, registration, greeting visitors, etc.
• Volunteer experience or interest in medical field preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
