In this exciting opportunity you will partner and collaborate with distribution centers and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience on their online shop through customer care and resolution support.
This is a long-term/ongoing freelance assignment (with potential to convert to direct hire) starting ASAP onsite in Downey! Please note that there may be some flexibility for remote, but it is not guaranteed at this time.
