E-Commerce CSR - Luxury Fashion Brand

A Well-Known Fashion brand is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team! In this exciting opportunity you will partner and collaborate with distribution centers and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience on their online shop through customer care and resolution support.
 

This is a long-term/ongoing freelance assignment (with potential to convert to direct hire) starting ASAP onsite in Downey! Please note that there may be some flexibility for remote, but it is not guaranteed at this time.

 

 

Duties:

• Respond professionally within a timely manner to heavy inbound customer service calls and emails
• Provide assistance to questions regarding online orders, products, and general matters concerning website usage
• Engage customers in providing informed product knowledge and style/seasonal recommendations
• Manage, investigate, and follow up on product and service issues
• Document, organize, and process customer exchange and returns paperwork
• Daily communication with the distribution center team to ensure timely ecommerce order fulfillment
• Stay up-to-date with marketing emails and promotions
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize order processing and workflow

 

 

Experience:

• At least 3 years of customer service experience within retail
• Exceptional time and project management skills with demonstrated experience balancing competing priorities
• Strong communicator with an excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to solving problems
