Digital Media Specialist - Global Music Entertainment Firm

Our client, a global music entertainment firm, is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join their team on a freelance basis. You will develop engagement programs to aid in audience acquisition and strategize on creating the optimum customer experience. Our ideal candidate has a background working within a CRM agency environment or experience working with CDP & CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Gather audience insights and data to develop acquisition strategy and engagement programs
• Develop promotional strategies to ensure optimum customer experience
• Execute multi-channel marketing strategies supporting new music releases, tours, videos, etc.
• Manage fan communication including development of the campaign content calendar, gathering assets
• Provide thought leadership and act as the music audience expert
• Create high-quality targeted and personalized messages through key channels including email, mobile, social bots, etc.
• Ensure compliance with current industry best practice, as well as data privacy regulations
• Deliver regular analysis of audience development efforts, while making actionable recommendations

 

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years experience in CRM, audience development, digital marketing, or related roles
• Previous retention marketing experience and music industry knowledge
• Knowledge of CDP, CRM platforms (Dotdigital, Lytics and Return Path a plus)
• Experience synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Skills in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of data privacy regulations (COPPA and GDPR)
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while employing marketing and site strategies that improve customer loyalty, engagement and conversion
