Product Designer – Iconic Entertainment Company!

An Iconic Entertainment Company based in Burbank is looking for a talented Product Designer to join their team on a contract basis. In this role you will assist the team in developing interactive design solutions and consistent user interfaces across company platforms. This is a great opportunity to expand your experience working with streaming services, mobile apps, and connected TV devices!

This role is a 6-month contract (with potential to extend) in Los Angeles.

 

The Day to Day:

• Develop and execute total user experiences for a variety of new products, apps, and platforms
• Ensure all final designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetic
• Create product designs that take into consideration evolving functionality, technological innovation and their effects on the product or company revenue
• Work cross functionally with product, engineering, and other teams to develop and improve upon new ideas and concepts
• Problem solve and reassess products to ensure user experience is simple and accessible

 

The Candidate:

• 3+ years of related product design experience
• A team player with the ability to quickly adapt in a fast moving environment while working independently to meet deadlines
• Experience as a member of a scrum delivery team in a product development environment
• Ability to transform complex concepts into simple, approachable experiences that are easy to use and visually balanced, across any device
• Have an eye for simple-to-use interfaces along with a strong sense of UX and visual design
• Ability to rapidly concept, ideate and execute multiple UX/UI concepts while meeting competing deadlines
• A strong portfolio showcasing a modern sense of visual design paired with a deep understanding of functional UI/UX
