Operations Specialist - Apparel Brand

Reporting to the Manager of Global Sales Operations and Customer Service, the Direct-to-Consumer Operations Specialist is responsible for acting as the operational hub for (DTC) sales channels including Global WEB and Chapter stores.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 - 10 years' service/operations experience in Retail Apparel industry
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced dynamic manner
• Hands on super organized and detailed operator who owns start to finish
• Results driven performer always striving for reaching and exceeding goals
• Experience with Shopify WEB systems and Full Circle ERP a huge plus
