Project Manager – Leading Beauty Retail Brand – Long Term Contract - Up to $35/hour

A Leading Beauty Retail Brand is seeking a driven Project Manager to manage their brand updates process. This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project activities and ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner and in budget. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and possesses strong organization, time management, and communication skills. Passion for the consumer goods industry is preferred!

 

You will:

• Oversee projects and timelines for the update process and brands
• Lead weekly meetings and conference calls to ensure all deliverables are being met
• Monitor and communicate with vendors on accountability, improvements, pricing, etc.
• Maintain schedules and make appropriate adjustments to keep projects on track
• Visit team stores to effectively execute updates as well as enforce store deadlines and tasks
• Onboard new brands and create content for policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with specifics on trends and global issues
• Additional projects as assigned for company advancement and development

 

You have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ project management experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods industries
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Suites
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous deadlines
• Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated approach to work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and individuals of all professions
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

 

This role will start remote with the ability to return on-site to the company’s San Francisco offices.
