Contract Retail Recruiter - Luxury Goods Brand

Our client, a Luxury Goods Brand, is seeking a remote Contract Retail Recruiter to start ASAP! You are vital in overseeing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. In this role, you will be selecting top tier talent through your exceptional interpersonal skills. You are successful in finding the best candidates while maintaining the company’s vision.

Duration: 1 – 2 months with potential to extend

Hours: 9am – 6pm

 

You Will:

• Responsible for sourcing for all positions across the retail space
• Oversee and organize entirety of the interview process; source, phone screen, and virtual interviews
• Work with marketing and internal teams on posting ads
• Facilitate correspondence between the HR Lead across our multiple locations
• Assist with the onboarding process

 

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for retail positions
• Proficiency in MS Office; and ATS systems is preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization
• Ability to learn quickly and resolve problems proactively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Confidence to contribute original ideas and recommendations
