CRM Manager - Fashion Brand

A women’s activewear brand is seeking a short-term freelance CRM Manager for their team! This is a wonderful opportunity to develop and execute exciting campaigns and email strategies for a fashion brand that’s growing like crazy! Our ideal candidate is someone creative, innovative, and eager to bring this brand’s digital and ecommerce presence into the future. This position is fulltime hours and is fully remote.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Establish email and CRM strategy, with a strong focus on profitable conversion, retention, cross-channel selling, and achieving ROAS goals across our range of marketing channels
• Closely analyze CRM metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly to drive profitable customer growth
• Create and execute customer segmentation and contact strategies to drive business objectives around increased customer retention, order frequency, lifetime value, profitability, etc. using various current and future communication channels such as email, SMS, paid social media, SEO, affiliate and third-party partnerships
• Build and maintain an ecosystem of triggered customer journeys that are tailored around the individual customer
• Software: customer. io email marketing – needs someone at a very high level. Overseeing strategy. Team of 1.
• Really needs someone that can run the campaign grassroots nuts bolts – creative and copy team provides creative
• Tech savvy and data driven – really overseeing the strategy and suggesting best practices.
• Sr. Manager or Director level at least 6 years’ experience+
