Workplace Experience Supervisor

Leading commercial Real-Estate and Investment Firm is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to manage a team of up to 12 workplace experience professionals who support building entry and reception services. The team is focused on ensuring a safe workplace in support of the COVID-19 containment initiative and will be located in 1-2 sites within the local area. As the Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will manage employees and daily operations to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

 

This is a 6-month contract role.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of hosts who serve as cultural ambassadors, community advocates, and service leaders in their workplace
• Provide supervision of delivery of Experience Services including employee safety screening at building entry and daily safety walk-throughs
• Supervise Hosts assigned to Experience Services, including establishing work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff to perform multiple duties as back-up
• Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Experience Services
• Perform visual verifications to support environmental health and safety compliance, using checklists, and records and reports gaps
• Assist team with use of technology tools for data entry from visual verifications.
• Verity labels and warning signs are visible and placed according to plans.
• Oversee, utilize, and maintain integrity of databases and other digital tools, which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar associated with service delivery, as requested
• Ensure safety standards are met by those delivery Experience Services; whether company employees or third-party service providers
• Maintain relationships with vendors who provide related services and goods and assist in maintenance of Business Continuity Plan as requested

 

Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred
• Minimum of 4 years customer service experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Some experience with workplace health and safety preferred
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Resourceful and ready to proactively solve problems
