Lab Technician

A leading entertainment company with headquarters in Los Gatos is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team on a contract basis! We are looking for someone detail oriented and reliable who has basic network/audio and video troubleshooting skills.

 

Please note this is an on-site, contract role. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry for device metadata into FitBit inventory management software
• Manage and organize devices throughout the Campus as well as multiple off-site storage rooms and buildings 
• Scan inventory into correct inventory locations 
• Separate all untagged panels for either eWaste or storage
• Process eWaste accordingly 
• Set up racks for the labs 

 

Requirements:

• Previous related experience 
• Tech savvy 
• Ability to build — some heavy lifting of panels and storage racking
• Experience building a home theater ecosystem or any other audio-visual set up is a plus 
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
