Learning & Development Manager to Famous Retail Brand

A Famous Retail Brand is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their amazing team in San Francisco. In this dynamic role, you will create and improve various HR and talent processes, including implementing and managing programs related to employee development, training, and performance. We are looking for someone who is eager to collaborate with individuals in all departments of the company, whose excitement for the role and company as a whole is obvious through motivation and a strong work ethic.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Talent Development team to design and carry out learning solutions
• Construct workshop training materials, such as job aids and tools
• Conduct research and provide analysis to discover and improve on new learning processes
• Create and present pitch decks and use learning techniques to accelerate team member performance
• Assist with development of onboarding programs, leadership development trainings, and the like

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in HR, specifically designing training and development programs
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, VYond, animation software, and graphic design tools
• Articulate and clear communication style with second-to-none intuition
• Resourceful and results driven with excellent time management
• Impeccable attention to detail and willingness to help out wherever needed
