Housekeeper

A UHNW individual in Beverly Hills is seeking a top-tier Housekeeper to work out of their busy home. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be directly responsible for maintaining and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness while managing all other household needs. The ideal candidate is very personable, has a superb 5-star work ethic, and is able to adapt to changing priorities. This is an exciting opportunity that offers full benefits!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, aesthetically desirable, and safe home environment
• Perform light maintenance projects as needed
• Perform housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, turn-down service, and other vital tasks
• Assist with food preparations such as setting the table, cleaning up, and serving (cooking not required as the Principal has a chef)
• Manage the household needs and restock supplies

 

Job Requirements

• 3+ years’ housekeeping experience in a luxury household or 5-star hotel required
• Flexibility to hours preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to effectively execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
• High degree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Must be flexible, solutions-oriented, and have good judgment
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems accurately and in a timely manner with minimal oversight
