Implementation Specialist – Iconic Streaming Company

An Iconic Streaming Company is actively seeking a Implementation Specialist with experience working with Monday.com to join their team on a contract basis. Reporting to the Infrastructure Program Manager, the Monday.com Specialist will train, build, refine and implement automations for team workspaces. While enhancing workspaces based upon previously agreed upon workflows, the Specialist’s work will drive efficiencies and increase user adoption within MC interface. If you possess amazing attention to detail, have strong organizational skills and pride yourself on seeing multiple concurrent projects through to completion, this might be the role for you. 

 

 

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate, implement, track, and share progress on Monday.com solutions for enrolled and to be onboarded teams 
• Build and develop dashboards for team insights  
• Optimize and assure accuracy of workflows 
• Develop & secure integrations with 3rd party platforms 
• Explore, test and support roll out of embedded MC apps 
• Create detailed yet scalable templates in alignment with defined priorities 
• Build on foundational structure of existing workflows and new customizations 
• Collaborate with administrators and key users on feature development 
• Intake, interpret and execute daily requests 
• Document and communicate new or updated features 

 

 

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3+ years of related experience in a similar role
• Proven success and experience learning, operating, and implementing new project management tools for a newly acquired system
• Previous experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com, AirTable and Trello
• Understands and accounts for the project/user/team/workspace impact when making refinements or adjustments 
• Welcomes and encourages tactical user feedback about projects or tasks 
• Understanding of the post-production process preferred
• Video or artwork production experience a plus 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
