Brand Ambassador

As the face of the brand, Brand Ambassadors will acquire a strong familiarity with the company's products, mission, and values in order to communicate them to customers. In this role, you may greet guests, manage queues, and provide general product information, as provided by the brand. Brand Ambassadors are expected to represent our clients in a positive light while always providing exceptional guest service!

 

We work with a variety of clients on events ranging from brand activations to fashion pop-ups, to corporate conferences and music festivals, and more located throughout Austin and Dallas. Hours and shifts will vary.

 

Brand Ambassadors should be outgoing, personable, and energetic with a happy-to-help attitude! These positions require a combination of outside and inside work, and applicants should be comfortable standing or walking for a few hours at a time.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Meet, greet, and check-in all event guests
• Provide product information and represent the brand
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Conduct product demonstrations

 

Requirements: 

• Interest in event operations
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to remain active and stand for long periods of time
