A rapidly-growing sustainability & environmental startup is seeking an organized and energetic Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple executives with calendar management across multiple time zones, compliance documentation and coordinating travel.
This exciting role pays a base salary commensurate with experience in the $75-85k range, plus paid overtime, bonus and generous benefits package.
The office is based in Bedminster, NJ and will need to be onsite in February.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining executive calendars and scheduling meetings
-Domestic travel and hotel accommodations
-Legal documentation and filing across business databases
- Assist with internal and external requests
-Ad hoc projects and much more, as this is a startup!
Our ideal candidate:
-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, open to background
-Extremely organized and detail oriented
-A proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks
-Some legal or startup experience is a plus
