Our client, a Marketing Agency, is in need of an Business Operations Manager to join their creative team and work closely with the founder! The Manager will be leading many internal projects, providing executive support, and support day-to-day workflow of the business. This is a hybrid opportunity in West Hollywood.
Responsibilities:
- Join in on leadership meetings; take notes and send out tasks
- Work within budgets and timeframes
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Manage senior leadership meetings
- Direct planning for in-house or off-site activities/internal agency events and celebrations
- Implement new processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure all C+C operations tech and projects are always up to date and working well
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Tech savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with executives
- Ability to manage various tech programs
- Proficient in Monday, Dropbox, Keynote, Expensify, Harvest etc
- Experience within a Startup Company is a plus
- Adaptable and innovative
- Someone who takes initiative and is eager and motivated
