Community Engagement Manager

Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to join their game-changing social media team. This position will be integral in creating converation with fans and inserting the brand into a large cultural conversation. This is a remote role but will eventually convert to onsite.

Responsibilities:

• You will oversee fan engagement across all brand pages
• Directly engage with fans
• Work closely with Social Media Producers, Social Media Manager, and Creative Teams to create assets that with deliver high engagement and conversation on key platforms
• Create Conversation with audience on social media platforms
• Manage UGC process
• Reply to fans in real-time

Qualifications:

• Experienced and witty social copywriter with a passion for pop culture
• Deep understanding of how to connect with a Gen Z audience
• Be able to have Sharp judgement in real-time Reponses that maintain the brand
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in social audience listening tools to monitor audience sentiment and anticipate future enthusiasm
