Our client, a veterinary services group, is looking for a temporary People Coordinator to assist them in their headquarters in White Plains, New York.
This is an open-ended temporary assignment starting ASAP.
Hours: 9am – 5pm *Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
Create and set-up employee profiles in HRIS system
Maintain, assign and audit onboarding checklists and associated onboarding activities and required trainings to new hires
Run the end-to-end coordination of pre-onboarding and first day activities
Manage the storage and administration of all offer letters and onboarding paperwork
Support new hires with IT setup requirements and liaising with IT team as necessary
Prepare weekly new hire onboarding status reports
Assist with the intake and processing of all employment changes across (i.e.. promotions, transfers, pay changes, I-9 reverifications, leavers etc.)
Own weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting of all regional HR/employment changes
Provide support with drafting and generating employee documentation
Answering day-to-day HR related inquiries/requests
Back up administrative support to the People team or People Coordinator team as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
