Our client, a successful Executive, is seeking a stellar Executive Personal Assistant to provide one-on-one support. This role necessitates the use of multi-tasking, organization, and confidentiality in order to succeed. Responsibilities
Maintain organization regarding digital documents and general office tidiness
Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings
Note-taking from dictation
Manage scheduling of personal appointments
Organize home and run errands locally
Update and address to-do lists (in both personal and professional capacities)
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as necessary
Requirements
Some demonstrable experience in a Personal Assistant role
The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise excellent judgement
Excellent written and proofreading skills
Comfortability working independently and within the Executive’s home
Proficiency in both Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Exceptional skills in organizing and detail-oriented work
Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000
