Temp to Hire - Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on-site as a Project Coordinator for our entertainment agency client.

 

PAY: $25-$38/HR

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate entertainment projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Coordinate with different departments within the agency to ensure smooth execution of projects, including artists, marketing, talent management, and production teams.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, materials, and equipment needed for successful project execution.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to projects, including contracts, permits, and licenses.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they are within budget constraints.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
