Gift Processing Associate – Global Non-profit

One of the world’s largest humanitarian assistance organizations is seeking a Gift Processing Associate to join their team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your analytical skills and contribute to something larger.

 

If you have 2+ years of experience within large non-profits and enjoys data entry, troubleshooting and research, this could be the perfect fit.

 

Salary is commensurate with experience in the $50-60k base range plus overtime, and fully covered benefits, PTO and other perks.

 

Their offices are located in Midtown, NY and offers great work life balance. They are on a hybrid schedule and would be expected to go in 2 days/ week and WFH 3 days/ week.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Update database and create records
• Organize donor donations and process gifts
• Liaise with accounting to review financials and approvals
• Troubleshoot issues and field inquiries
• Process online and direct mail gifts, checks, and grant agreements through all stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in global nonprofit, ideally supporting a fundraising department
• Experience using Raiser’s Edge or other previous knowledge of CRM
• Strong computer skills including expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to multi-task, be proactive and troubleshoot
• Must do well working independently and with others
• Detail-oriented and organized
