Social Media Manager – Fashion/Lifestyle Influencer – $45-60K

Our client, a leading fashion and lifestyle influencer, is looking to hire a Social Media Manager / Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be handling social media management and growth tactics and also helping on personal assistant tasks.

This is a hybrid in-person/remote role. Candidates should be based in New York City and have the ability to travel to Long Island as needed to be considered.
 

You will:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including but not limited to managing her calendar, deadlines, priorities, and emails
• Stand in for and attend exciting NYC influencer events
• Aid in the development, ideation, and editing of content for all social media channels
• Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts
• Develop growth strategy to increase TikTok and Instagram presence to attract a broader audience
• Analyze data and analytics to measure the success of social media plans + campaigns to make best decisions for future strategies

You should have:

• A background in digital media having worked for an influencer, content creator, or relevant space
• Proven success taking social media accounts through exponential growth on platforms such as IG + TikTok
• A strong understanding of Instagram's backend including but not limited to story creation, reels, DM's, & analytics
• Marketing and social media content creation skills (IG graphics and other custom content)  
• Proficiency in Adobe programs and other apps for photo/video editing (Canva, InDesign, Splice, iMovie, etc.) 
• Strong communication skills (emails, phone calls, meetings, contracts) 
• An energetic, positive, entrepreneurial spirit with a take-charge personality
