Production + Sourcing Manager

Our client, a wholesale intimates brand, is seeking a Production & Sourcing Manager to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:‍

• Effectively oversee production operations to meet sample deadlines.
• Coordinate sample distribution to the Tech and Design departments.
• Verify price tags, style numbers, color codes, sizes, placements, and packaging details.
• Procure price tickets as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with the in-house team and factories.
• Evaluate and resolve any issues that arise during production.
• Analyze shipping schedules based on the Time & Action calendar.
• Generate shipping labels and dispatch packages, ensuring accurate labeling and dating.
• Ensure seamless coordination of information among customers, factories, designers, and sales teams.

Qualifications:‍

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or product development.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in fabrics, construction, and print techniques.
• Background in Off-Price Apparel, particularly Sleepwear and Intimates, is preferred.
• Experience in sourcing materials and products.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.
