Sales Account Associate, Jewelry

Responsibilities:

-Manage all customer requests such as order status, billing, returns and special orders
-Review selling report and analyze replenishment needs for consignment programs or stock.
-Process drop ship orders by navigating multiple portals, downloading packing slips, s-electing the pieces, invoicing, and preparing packages for shipment.
-Able to multitask and work in a team environment
-Must be able to pay attention to detail
-Fashion forward individual passionate about working with jewelry


Skills & Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in sales
-College degree or pertinent work experience
-Must have advanced Excel knowledge with V-lookups and Pivot tables.
-Previous jewelry experience is highly preferable
-Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
-Microsoft Team experience
-Positive attitude and team player
-Able to think outside of the box in a fast environment
