Senior Client Advisor

Our client, a prestigious luxury eveningwear company, is currently seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join their boutique in NYC. The role involves enhancing store sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients, and upholding merchandising standards.

$60k-70k base plus 5% commission

Responsibilities:

• Uphold elevated standards of customer service throughout the entire shopping journey
• Collect and organize data on customer preferences and purchasing behavior, offering appropriate feedback and insights
• Assist in VIP events and ensure thorough follow-up with clients as required
• Enforce security protocols for merchandise at every stage of the sales process
• Maintain the brand's image through proper replenishment of merchandise and adherence to display and visual merchandising standards
• Contribute to efficient cost allocation by optimizing the use of Boutique products without exceeding availability

Qualifications:

• Degree or an equivalent combination of education; or work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential tasks of the role
• 5-8+ years of experience in luxury retail, keyholder experience a plus
• Must have a background in bridal and evening wear
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with conflict management abilities
• Outgoing and energetic personality coupled with a robust work ethic
• Genuine passion for the brands and products
