Client Advisor, Madison Ave

Our client, a distinguished high-end timepiece company, is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the timepiece industry and a proven track record of selling to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Location: Madison Ave

Compensation: $24/hour - $30/hour + commission

Reporting to: Retail Director

Role Overview:
As an Ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through delivering an exclusive brand experience that aligns with our heritage and values. You will also play an integral role in the daily operations of the boutique while nurturing relationships with a base of high-end clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet key performance metrics to support the boutique and brand's fiscal strategy.
  • Represent the brand professionally, adhering to sales policies and operational regulations.
  • Be attentive and responsive to client requests, collaborating with the management team to balance local initiatives, deliveries, and product expectations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences, demonstrating the utmost courtesy and professionalism both in the boutique and during events.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process in alignment with brand policies.
  • Effectively negotiate and manage objections.
  • Identify potential sales leads and follow up diligently to generate opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility and traffic.
  • Implement creative outreach initiatives while maintaining CRM efficiency and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
  • Maintain an organized business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continuous learning.
  • Analyze client data to drive sales and capture relevant information for relationship building.
  • Resolve client issues appropriately, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events.
  • Represent the brand professionally in accordance with official guidelines.
  • Adhere to social media and communication policies.
  • Maintain professional attire and conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive attitude and understanding of luxury client experiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the timepiece industry.
  • Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing boutique schedules.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
