Assistant Store Manager

Our client, a contemporary women’s fashion lifestyle brand, is seeking a multifaceted Assistant Store Manager for their NYC doors! Seeking a talented, energetic, Sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:‍

• Upholding the utmost standards of customer service excellence while achieving personal and store sales targets
• Cultivating and nurturing a loyal client base
• Collaborating with the Store Manager to coach, cultivate, and inspire team members
• Setting a positive example through exemplary leadership
• Actively contributing to all facets of daily business operations, encompassing merchandising, shipments, event coordination, marketing initiatives, and overseeing opening and closing procedures, among others.
  

Qualifications:‍

• Demonstrated prior leadership experience is a prerequisite
• Possessing a self-motivated and highly driven demeanor
• Keen awareness and understanding of prevailing industry trends
• Exceptional organizational capabilities
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 + Commission, Commensurate with experience
