Account Director, Walmart Private Label

Our client, a leading intimate apparel and loungewear company, is seeking an Account Director to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities

-Conduct competitive market research for intimate apparel and activewear
-Understand Walmart's retail structure, providing direction to design and production teams
-Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.
-Manage the sales budget
-Manage all lab dip, size set, and factory approvals
-Make sure CADs are updated for planning, design, and production
-Actively collaborate with Walmart's buying teams
-Oversee item setups (timelines, spec sheets, cost maintenance, etc.)
-Will manage 1 Account Manager and 2 Account Coordinators

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
-7+ years of sales management experience
-Strong communication skills
-MUST have Walmart account management experience
-MUST have experience working in private label
-Must have experience working with intimate apparel/activewear/loungewear
-Domestic travel required

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000
