Executive Assistant to Chairman

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN


An institutional investor and philanthropist is seeking an Executive Assistant to support him in his business interests and extensive travel schedule.


RESPONSIBILITES

-Oversee day-to-day office administration for the Chairman across his company, investment partnerships, and philanthropic endeavors.
-Monitor and prioritize multiple business, philanthropic, and personal projects
-Manage active and ever-changing calendar in multiple time zones
-Compose both personal and professional correspondence
-Review all incoming email, drafting responses as necessary
-Prepare research on potential investments and acquisitions
-Maintain confidentiality of all projects and sensitive matters
-Manage special projects, as needed
-Plan and oversee complex travel including use of a private plane and yacht


SKILLS

-Adept in handling several complex projects at the same time
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Adaptable to learning existing protocols
-Able to multitask and navigate competing priorities while meeting deadlines  
-Excellent collaborative skills at all levels, comfortable working with a wide range of personalities
-Proficient with most office computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
-Skilled in Internet research, savvy with social media
-Unflappable under pressure
-Fluency with financial and legal terminology, a plus
-Extensive experience managing complex travel itineraries is key


Compensation range: $150k-200k, DOE + generous benefits package
