Our client an Investment Firm located in Coconut Grove is seeking a Bookkeeper/Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities‍

Working with staff accountants as needed
Preparing and filing financial documents
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Communicating with Vendors
