A Well-Known Salon is seeking an HR Manager to join their Midtown Miami Salon in a temp-to-perm capacity!

Job Description:
-Talent acquitistions: Recruiting, Hiring, and Employee Retention
-Compensation and benefits
-Conduct disciplinary actions
-Development and training
-Performance management
-Update policies
-Maintain employee records
-Conduct benefit analysis
-Employee engagement:
-Mediating between senior leadership and employees
-Recognizing individual and group achievements
-Sharing successes and failures
-Asking for feedback and listening to concerns
-Organizing company-wide gatherings
-Communicating new policies, decisions, and strategic goals in a timely manner
-Mediating conflicts or tensions between employees

Qualifications:
-MUST be Bilignual in Spanish and English
-Prefers someone who has worked in a Salon
-Candidates do not need to know a specific software for this
-Able to work under pressure
-Flexible working long terms and weekends
-Good communication
-Results driven
-Detail oriented
