Executive Assistant – Private Equity, Team

A global, top of class Private Equity firm is hiring for an experienced EA to support a team of Senior Executives for their Greenwich, CT office. The Executive Assistant will work alongside a wonderful administrative team, and act as a trusted right hand, responsible for complex administrative tasks that require independent judgement and discretion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Salary commensurate with experience: $100-130k base range + discretionary bonus and fully paid benefits

Location: Greenwich, CT, on site 4 days/week working 8:30am-5:30pm generally


Responsibilities:

-Answer, schedule, and direct phone calls
-Proactively manage detailed and demanding schedules and Outlook calendars
- Arrange heavy complex travel logistics
-Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings and events for small and large groups
-Process monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely fashion via Concur
-Assist with research/various ad-hoc reports
-Provide occasional personal assistant support to executives

Seeking:

-Bachelor’s Degree and strong experience in supporting senior executive(s) in Finance or related industry
-Collaborative team player who can work independently but also function as part of a dynamic and collaborative team of admins
-Attention to detail, warm, professional interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills
-High proficiency with MS Office Suite
-Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
-Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated critical thinking ability
-Proven ability to build relationships at all levels
