Sales Associate, Luxury Womenswear

Our client, a luxury womenswear brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their new Hamptons store team!

Responsibilities:

-Deliver support to a team of 5 and elevate the customer experience
-Perform both sales floor and back of house duties
-Support the sales team by bringing coffee, water or champagne to clients, while they shop and/or wait
-Answer phones and wrap up purchases as needed
-Replenish items that are sold throughout the day
-Make sure store is always neat meet our visual standards
-Drop off and pick up alterations
-Support the Stock Controller with cycle counts, organizational tasks, covering items with polybags, sizing, and steaming
-Pull items to be transferred, packed and shipped

Requirements:

-1-3+ years of retail sales experience
-Strong customer service experience, luxury retail preferred
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
-Positive and friendly attitude, high energy, and attentive

This position offers free housing to candidates NOT living in the Hamptons.

Additional relocation assistance is NOT included.
