Product Development Manager, Intimates

Our client, an intimate apparel and loungewear brand, is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities:

-Support designers in sourcing, costing, and development functions
-Daily email communication with factories
-Provide shipping documents, Top of Production approvals, and vendor shipping confirmation
-Work closely with the Production team
-Ensure on-time delivery of production samples
-Maintain all development calendars
-Send out all development sample requests and manage T&A on samples
-Manage and track samples from vendors
-Establish color palettes seasonally, conduct lab dips, and strike off commenting and libraries
-Create BOMs and work with design on approvals

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
-6+ years of apparel product development experience
-Understanding of garment construction and technical knowledge of production
-Basic understanding of the product lifestyle
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel

Salary: $100,000-$125,000
