Job Functions:

-Oversee Payroll Management: Supervise the payroll processes handled through Paychex and ADP, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Manage Accounts Receivable: Review aging terms and oversee the monitoring of receivables, ensuring timely collection and addressing any outstanding issues to maintain healthy cash flow for the organization.
-Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors responsible for invoicing operations, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to contractual terms while providing necessary support and oversight.
-Applied FX Analysis: Conduct analysis and adjustments related to Applied FX, ensuring accurate reflection of foreign exchange impacts on financial transactions and balances to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
-Reporting and Compliance: Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Collaborate with auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

-Property and casualty insurance experience highly preferred!
-Ability to start as soon as possible
