Paralegal
Our client, an Asset Management firm is seeking a full-time paralegal.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact between the firm and its clients.
Communicate with clients to obtain updates on case fundings.
Analyze inbound case information and documentation; identify deficiencies; and escalate to appropriate internal contact(s).
Manage the day-to-day operation of the firm’s internal database of case fundings.
Compile reports and spreadsheets for internal data analysis.
Other projects (as needed).
Qualifications
Prior experience as a paralegal in one or more of the following fields: personal injury, mass torts, premises liability, or litigation finance.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
Ability to work in the Miami office (South Beach) five (5) days per week.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with legal and medical professionals.
Proficiency in Excel: knowledge of/experience with intermediate formulas, collecting/sorting information, data functions, and compiling reports for data analysis.
