Our client, a well-known women's fashion lifestyle brand, is seeking a Store Manager for their Greenwich, CT store!

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals through exceptional customer service.
Build lasting client relationships for repeat business.
Strengthen client connections through proactive outreach.
Stay informed about collection trends for stylist development.
Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Collaborate across business divisions for overall success.

Qualifications:
Previous exposure to managerial and sales positions is a must.
Capable of managing merchandise and items weighing up to 25 pounds
Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, occasional ladder usage, and operating store equipment.
Flexible availability required, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
