Executive Assistant to UHNWI – Family Office

A prestigious family office is hiring an experienced, sharp, and worldly Executive Assistant to start ASAP and support their esteemed Founder, who is a a high-profile UHNWI. This role will work collaboratively as a team of two EA’s to provide round the clock support within a wonderful, family-oriented and wonderful culture.  

Open to both senior and mid-level EA candidates. Must be able to start within the next few weeks

Salary commensurate with experience: $100- $230k range (flex on base DOE) + disc. bonus + excellent benefits (large platform with all benefits provided), 401k with 4% match, 3% contribution into pension plan after a year, flexible PTO, free lunch daily, etc.

Location:
Midtown NYC – this role requires a 24/7 mentality (coverage of hours between the 2 EAs). The role is based on-site in the office 5 days/week.

Ideal profile:
-7-20 years of C suite EA/PA experience – experience in a family office or supporting an UHNWI preferred
-BS/BA Degree required
-Discretion and confidentiality are of utmost priority
-Must be NY savvy, interested in current events, and understands complex global travel and complicated scheduling logistics
-It is a smaller office, so must be hands on, resourceful, and have a no job too small attitude
-Self-starter and proactive
-Professional verbal and communication skills
-Extremely strong EQ

About the role:

-Act as a liaison between the Principal and all family members, family office, business endeavors, house staff, etc.
-Flexible on hours – must be accessible and in constant communication with Principal
-Act as the contact for all personal and professional matters on Principal’s behalf
-Safeguard highly sensitive, confidential information
-Gatekeep and manage Principals’ ever-changing personal & business calendars, and go over his calendar daily to ensure he stays on schedule
-Keep Principal on track and get him in and out of meetings and appointments on time and prep him prior to meetings
-Act as the point person for all correspondence, ranging from emails, mail, calls, texts and formal letters
-Diligently manage all invites, requests, and RSVPs
-Ad hoc projects
