Executive Assistant to CEO

A cutting-edge, tech-forward Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Healthcare Team. They are looking for a team player with high attention to detail, a "no job too small or too big" mentality and incredible communication skills. This role is client facing and fast-paced so the CEO needs someone sharp and tech-savvy.

***This is an in-office role, 5 / day week based in Manhattan.



Responsibilities

  • High volume and complex calendar management– juggling a heavy calendar experience required
  • Travel coordination and logistical planning
  • Expense report management
  • Assisting with Office Management duties as well - on-boarding, ordering supplies, snacks, stocking pantries and vendor management
  • Light Personal requests/scheduling on occasion


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience within Private Equity
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Tech-savvy , Microsoft office, slack etc.
  • Able to work with discretion and efficiency
