Senior Designer - Intimates

Our client, an intimate apparel and loungewear brand, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities:

-Develop the product design strategy
-Communicate product vision to design and development teams
-Collaborate with CAD designers, technical designers, vendors, and factories to ensure products are developed on time and correctly
-Maintain understanding of marketplace trends
-Prepare fashion trend boards and color stories
-Develop branded and private label line plans
-Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies
-Manage the product costing process
-Revise materials and product designs
-Build relationships with materials/component vendors and manufacturers for product sourcing needs
-Present product trends, strategies, and seasonal lines

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Design
-5-7 years of experience in Intimate apparel
-Experience with Gerber PLM or similar programs
-Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
-Highly organized and adaptable
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position is 5 days a week onsite.

Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000
