Activewear Designer

Our client, a wholesale manufacturing girls apparel brand, is seeking an Activewear Designer to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:
‍

• Collaborate with the design team to develop an array of activewear apparel targeting the Mass market.
• Oversee the entire garment development process from initial concept to production.
• Create sketches and CADs to visualize designs accurately.
• Participate actively in fitting sessions to ensure the quality and fit of activewear pieces.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the activewear market.
• Proficiently use Illustrator and Photoshop for design purposes.

Requirements:
‍

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the activewear fast fashion category.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proficiency in CADs and Tech Packs for activewear development.
• Previous experience in print design for activewear is advantageous.
• Must be able to work full-time at the NYC office location.
